We will take down, rebuild it, repaint it (orange), and put back up.
As you can see in the photo above it is sagging and has seen a hail storm or two.

I had a great idea presented to me last night about a method to repair/rebuild the Tee. It was suggested to us 8 inch diameter PVC pipe to construct the T structure. The existing orange covering could be screwed to the pipe and the vertical stabilizer would also be pretty easy to attach. it would be pretty damn strong, resistant to weathering and just as important, light. Im going to check out Home Depot and other local hardware stores to see how much it will cost.
Tony, sounds good. I will take care of the paint. I thought about the best method of painting and I think exterior spray paint may be the best course of action. I plan to pick up primer, and I will also get cans of bright Florescent Orange as a final coat.
